The blend of Indian wisdom with modern approaches to mental health, Prajna, a forum of Yuvaka Sangha along with Chanakya University, organized a conference on mental health and wellness integrating Indian perspectives and approaches with mainstream practices. The two-day program had workshops, discussions and insights from domain experts, while also there were presentations related to the same field.

Inauguration of the event was paved by Dr. Prathima Murthy, Dr. Sushant Joshi, and Dr. Srinivas Balli. Further, we were guided deep into the enlightening topics by Dr. Ravindra P. N. (Additional Professor at NIMHANS), Dr. Aarthi Jagannathan (Additional Professor at NIMHANS), Ms. Chhaya Kurhade (Senior Research Fellow), and Dr. Vinayachandra Banavathy (Director of the Centre for Indian Knowledge Systems at Chanakya University) on the first day.

Day two was a dynamic exploration as Dr. Suchitra S Patil from SVASYA University & Dr. Shilpa Datar, founder and CEO of Swayam Analytics lead us by unveiling “Applications of Indian Psychology”, thereafter was the enriched presentations of different perspectives and ideas by students and delegates.

The valedictory session also featured some esteemed speakers from universities wrapping up the insightful conference of mental health and awareness.
